INGESOA® Screw Pumps have been specifically designed for feeding fluidizable materials into pneumatic conveying systems.
These pumps are made of cast iron and steel, and mounted on a rigid steel base that also includes the drive motor. Appropriate abrasion resistant materials and surface qualities are selected for the parts that are in contact with the product.
The screw is dynamically balanced and supported on ball bearings at both ends for a silent and smooth operation. An optimal pressurized sealing is applied to the bearings that extends the service life by preventing the material from entering the bearing area.
Flow throughputs of up to 323 m3/h are achievable.
