With INGESOA® Air Slide Conveyors large quantities of fine-grained bulk solids can be conveyed to a range of locations with a downward slope of 5º to 15º. Operational costs are minimal and conveying capacities can exceed 1000 tph with virtually no length limit.
These square-shaped steel equipments are divided into two chambers by a porous fabric. The material being handled travels via the upper chamber and the air circulates in the lower one. The resultant vertical air flow partially supports the bed of particles and the fluidised powder takes on liquid-like properties.
